He hails from Niger State, a state from the North Central Geo political region of Nigeria and the largest
State in Nigeria with a capital called Minna and other three major cities – Suleja, Kontagora, and Bida
which Governor Abubakar Sani Bello hails from specifically.
Biography Of The Richest Governor In Nigeria
Lolo was born on the 17th of December in the year 1967 in the family of Nigerian former military
governor of Kano state Colonel Sani Bello ( RTD).
From Saint Louis primary school in Kano from 1974 to 1979 he later moved to the Nigerian military school
from 1980 to 1985 and get admission into the University of Maiduguri from 1986 to 1991 where he
obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
After Graduating, he proceeded to serve his country in Port Harcourt State as the supervisor in the Marketing department of NOTES.
He already worked at the shipping department of offshores pipelines international ( PIP)
where he established a presence in banking and finance and gained business knowledge and speed in
several businesses in nonoil sectors.
He went on to serve in different top management and gained commendable experience from 1994 to 2009.
Taking a break from the private sector to reproduce his achievements in Niger State, he was appointed
Commissioner of Investment and later commerce and cooperative and left after a year.
He moved from Alternate Director at Broadbank in 1944 to 2000, Alternate Director Mtn Nigeria (2000 – 2009), and Director at Dornier Aviation Nig.
AIEP(DANA) and went on and on and finally went for a Governorship seat in Niger State in 2015 and entered.
He married Dr. Abubakar Bello, a consultant gynecologist at Barau Dikko Specialist Hospital in Kaduna. In March 2019 he entered as Niger State Governor and was reelected in 2019.
It is clear that Niger State Governor has made his money before politics.
