A message uploaded online by controversial blogger, Esabod stated that one of the numerous admirers that the actress lost petitioned a popular brand against Toyin Abraham.
If Toyin Abraham continues to be the face of their market, the anonymous author threatened to boycott the goods.
The petitioner wrote;
“This is to inform you that some of us we will start boycotting our product due to one of your brand ambassadors Toyin Abraham, she is not a good and patriotic Nigerian for choosing to support a candidate and a political party who has brought us huge looses and pains. We want you to terminate her contract with your company,”
Esabod, who shared the article on Instagram, asserted that it is unacceptable for people to fight over politics.
“This is what I am talking about. Why hating each other because of politics @toyin_abraham.”
Toyin Abraham is criticized by some for backing Tinubu.
This action follows the backlash against Toyin Abraham when she made it known that she supported Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the current president-elect of Nigeria and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC).

Despite the actress’s assurance that she was merely performing her civic obligations and not being paid, many people claimed she had been bribed.
