She said that the land had been resold for N90 million and had not been developed when it was originally purchased.
In a popular TikTok video, the elderly woman narrated what transpired while appearing to be speaking with her kids.
She claimed that when she first acquired the property, it was a ridged maize farm that required extensive clearing in order to convert it into the N90 million property that it is today.
She said;
“I spent 1.5 million on a piece of land; if you’d like, I will show you the receipt from 15 years ago. At the moment, it is being sold for 90 million. I purchased a farm that belonged to someone. There was corn and a variety of other stuff. I noticed ridges. I was the one who got rid of them.
