Don Jazzy bemoans the fact that his iPhone 16 erases his contacts

He said in a video that he loses the contact details of people he tries to copy when he opens his bank app to send money.
He said that social media accounts are also affected by this issue, in addition to phone contacts.
Don Jazzy acknowledged his perplexity and said he might go back to using his iPhone 15.
